I'd like to give a sincere thanks to Chris for this song. thank you for writing this final chapter to the livid so honestly, and for going out with one last tune.

That is amazing. Thanks Schembri, no matter what you are doing in life NEVER stop writing songs, you have a gift, and even if you don't share it with others again, don't let it slip away.

Ditto.
I listened to this as soon as I woke up this morning, and without even noticing, by the time the song was over, I was in tears.

I wore my Livid shirt to school today.

This is the saddest song I've ever heard.

The night's as hot as hell. It's a lousy room in a lousy part of a lousy town - I'm staring at a goddess. She's telling me she wants me. I'm not going to waste one more minute wondering how I've gotten this lucky. She smells like angels ought to smell, the perfect woman... the Goddess. Goldie. She says her name is Goldie.

I love and hate this song. It's such an amazing song, and I never knew Chris could sing like that. But I hate the song 'cause it just makes me so fucking sad.

I think a couple people know, but it's not been anounced. I personally have no idea. It's basically up to the band to tell us if they want.

I feel it would be wrong to come out and say it just like that. The band should take care of that when they feel it's right to bear the news.

i think Chris's reasons were explained in this song. that's why im so glad he wrote it instead of just posing something.

"Will I walk around like nothing's wrong
Continue writing every song about this?"

"Underexposure's the key to having fun"

"Now I've found that my frown's become my best friend
It's the same old sound
And my broken heart's my right hand man"

"It's a shame we need to be told
Our passion's grown old"

thats a good enough reason for me. even if i dont believe some of it, if that's the way he feels then alright.

god damn this song is so fucking sad though. i was in tears the first time i heard it.
