I am surprised that a band with a name such as 'marvelous 3' could possibly fail. Stunned.

Damn I was really hoping that Good Charolette would turn out to be a one hit wonder. But I guess not.

Just curious as to why everbody beats up on Good Charlotte. Yes I realize that they are not a very technically good band but have we all lost sight of the fact that they write (and steal...lol) catchy fun music.
So I will be the first to say I enjoy SOME of Good Charlottes stuff... yeah its 4 chords and yeah its the same punk beat as always, but its catchy and fun and I dare ya to say that you have never found yourself drumming on the wheel of your car or tapping your foot on time with something they have done...you may not like it but I am sure its true...
Thanks

I just hate everything they do. From his voice to the shitty chord patterns to the subject matter. I can't stand it. Everyone was throwing bottles at them at Reading Festival in august. It was great. (Yes, I went to watch the end of their set for comedy value.)

I dunno DeZy- Why not ask "Tremendous"? But GC definately deserved having bottles thrown at them. Kudos to u Bart for laughing as they ran for cover.

If that was a sarcastic comment (which I have a feeling it was)...

It was speech time..people were giving speeches about my life...is a tradition in my culture when you turn 15...
So, I was being very "attentive" and listened oh-so-very-carefully.....pfft..right!

That would be the Spanish culture.

We do not celebrate "sweet sixteens' instead...tradition says we celebrate "Quinceaneras" which is when girls turn 15....
There's a huuuuge party, a mass service in their honour..and then a dinner with family and stuff...

And yeah, there's supposed to be speeches given out by different people....

I had to give a 15 minute one..yay...

thats interesting... in my culutre we celebrate on 1st month, 1st year, 11th year, 21st year, 51st year, 71st year..... I dont remember them all.... they all end with 1s, since they are apparently special ages. We celebrate by having huge massive parties..... for 1 month and 1 year, we have huge 6 hour dinner parties where food is served course by course... each course is an hour long.... but generally we have noodles.... really really long noodles, to signify long life....
