This is Amanda Bynes, she started out in a show called AllThat (i think, im not a fan of hers so who knows where she comes from)
And then moved on to bigger things with her OWN show (TheAmandaShow)...Then she got her own TV series (WhatIlikeAboutYou) and so far she's been
in 2 movies that I know of (BigFatLiar and WhatAGirlWants)
