Avril Loses Jesse
There's been a stir in the Avril Lavigne camp this week - and not just because of the paparazzi photos taken of Lavigne and Sum 41's
Deryck Whibley over the weekend. Guitar player Jesse Colburn is no longer in Avril's band, according to Nettwerk Management. Jesse, who is also
Avril's ex-boyfriend, has gone on to pursue other interests. Nettwerk also has confirmed that Craig from gob has replaced Colburn in
Avril's line-up. gob will be looking for a new bass player when they get ready to record their new album this summer. Craig's first
performance with Avril will be this Sunday on the Juno Awards. As for Avril and Deryck, sources claim the two are an item.
Meanwhile, Avril continued her Mall tour on the weekend serenading more than 2,000 fans at an Indianapolis shopping mall. She will also perform at the
Juno Awards this coming weekend in Edmonton.
This is just no fair.... no fair AT ALL!!!
i've been wearing my gob sweater since yesterday... and no i do not smell.
but im very very saddened.

i remember before she got big there was an article about her in Rolling Stone called "Avril the pop slayer" something like that... i read
it, and i thought maybe there is hope. i was so wrong... Avril's music IS pop... what happened?
