Did anybody go to the Dream theater concert?

Man that show was really cool and the sound was freaking amazing. I had seats in the sixth row (so I was really close) the one problem was that I had this big stupid pole right in front of obstructing my view and taking most of my leg room! Dam THAt Pole To Eternal Hell. Good thing there was no one next to m so I could move over a seat. Anyways I was just curious to find out if anyone else was there.

The other guitarist in my band was in attendance. He was saying Portnoy's stick tricks were incredible and that the show was kickass.

By mentioning you had obstructed view, I'm guessing you were at massey hall? I've had problems there before for the same reason.

I never went. I didn't even know they were here. I still am trying to warm up to this band. I like some of the stuff I've heard, but I don't really love it.

It sounds like a good time, though.

Yaa...some of there stuff is pretty cool...but I'm not that big a fan, i only ended up going cause a friend asked me to go with him. But the show was pretty killer ...the one exception being there 2 hour show turned out to be three and a half and they started 40 minutes late...then when I got home I still had to rjects to finsh... dind't do either one

Well, that's alright. It's pretty rare that you see a really long show like that, nowadays. It actually is worth the cost of the ticket when a band actually plays longer than an hour.

HEY! I was in the sixth row too!!! And the guy next to me was sitting right in front of a poll!!!

Yeah I'm the friend that asked Nick to go. Ohh man that was a good show!!! I think I may have damaged my ears but it was for a good cause, lol. ROCK ON!!!
