wow that is a very cheap show
How do you communicate those emotions that are so intense that no physical expression or series of words can even scratch the surface?

If I can drag a friend along, I'll be there. Plus, with having such cheap drinks, the trip wont put as much of a hole in my pocket as most trips
to Toronto seem to do.

That's what my friends said about the cheap drinks. Not that they don't like the Livid, of course. ha ha I brought them to Club 279 and
they had a great time but didn't enjoy paying what they paid for drinks. I bought Ish a water and I think it was $4.00 or something ridiculous
like that. If you show up come and say hi. And that goes for anyone else that's going. Even if you don't know me, come and say hi. ha

Cheap drinks all the way
Most places have expensive drinks anyways. But this place is awsome. 20 for bux you get hammered.

The problem with this show is that it's not exactly a convenient distance from Union. Also, odds are I will have to go by myself, and I really
don't like doing that. My friends whom I can normally rely on to come with me are not available to come this weekend.
I'm still hoping I can make it. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hey Chris, I'd love to take ya but due to my house sitting job I'll be staying home tomorrow, but just so you know, you can hop on the
subway from Union and it will take you right up near the place. The subway is about $2 each way.

Actually, subway rates just went up as of beginning of March, so now tokens are $2.50 each way. Still, like Cobra said..it's pretty simple once
you take the subway. I'd jump in and go with you but it's a 19+ show.
Jeff! Come on Saturday.
you won't let me down...

I'm sure his house will be okay for a couple hours. C'mon, Matt, the drinks are $2.50. How about I pay for gas, all of your drinks and
parking? Seriously.
I also don't know a thing about the subway. Never taken it by myself before. And going out alone really sucks.

Sorry dude, not this time, but the subway is easy, there are signs in Union that point the way, then pick the train that cruises up the Spadina route
and get off at Bloor(I think there's a stop there) OR just scrap all that and get Ryan to take you!

I hope this isn't coming off as a desperation for a ride. It's 99% the fact that I want someone to come with me. Travelling alone blows
ass, and I would be hanging around by myself feeling stupid. The only reason why I mentioned you driving, because I know you'd rather do that.
Ryan can't come to this concert because he's going away for the weekend. Pete's busy at work, too. So, it's not looking too
good anymore.

I didn't go. The final kicker was that I was/am pretty sick and I was already passed out in bed long before the band was scheduled to play.
I will not miss next weeks show, though. I will be at Healy's no matter what.

You missed a good show Chris. The first bands were ummmm not too good and there was three of them we had to suffer through before the Livid. The
Livid set was too short, but it always is. And yes Chris they could have used you as a merch guy cause I had to wait until after the show so Chris
could sell me some stuff. Also, the funniest part of the night...or so my friends thought. There was this guy with longer hair and a big beard (we
found out later he was in one of the bands) but my friends thought that the Livid must be good because Jesus was one of their fans. Ish and I were
looking for you Chris but I told him that it was pretty doubtful that you were going to make it.

Yeah, sorry for not showing. Obviously I would have liked to have been there. It just wasn't going to happen.
At least it seemed like a good time..despite the other bands not being too great.
