How about a little get-together?! (GTA people)
Hi!
Yes, sorry..had to vent a little excitement there.
I was thinking, that seeing as how it's gonna be almost a year since we've know each other (Well, the regulars from the beginning at
least) we should do a little somethin'.
So..because we are such a tight bunch online, I thought we could be tight OFF-line, and meet.
It's just an idea of course, but discuss it amongst yourselves and if you actually wanna go through with it we'll do it. I don't
care if I have to call like a restaurant and make reservations for all of us to dine there, or maybe we could just sit for coffee somewhere else, or
go bowling (haha) I don't know..you guys think of something.
Oh, and I'm not trying to exclude anyone.
But the reason I said "GTA people" is because it would be kinda hard for some people to fly over from other countries, or parts of the
country and do this, though if you have the cash..by ALL means do it! We'd love to see you

Technically, my permanent residence is in the GTA... It don't take too much longer to get to toronto from here than from Burlington though,
except for the fact that I have no transportation.

if this is something you guys really want to do, there are a couple things to consider, and a couple variant factors you as a group should establish
beforehand.
first you should all agree on a locale [ie. mississauga, toronto, burlington, oakville, etc.....]. this way, it's fair for everyone.
secondly, you should decide what type of atmosphere would be best? somewhere you could all talk without interruption/distraction? a place
where you could all be around eachother without putting too mch pressure on conversation? so on and so forth ad nauseum.
third, and coincidentally the most obvious choice, decide on whether or not the next livid show is actually the best place to do
this. i. it is the one thing the members of this board all have in common, therefore ensuring that everyone has a good time. ii. this option provides you with a determined location, which eliminates the problem of establishing location amongst yourselves iii. gives you the opportunity to chat both before and after the show [try to avoid "during"]
and...... iv. creates a venue wherein you can all get together and organize something to do or somewhere to go afterwards.
but hey, i'm just thinking out loud here.

Camping is great!! and yes we could!!! I read so far bowling, which was brought up a couple of times and camping!! and the fact that we
should all get to know each other before camping!! Obviously these are all ideas hehehe but we could always go bowling to get to know each other
hehe!! and if we were to have a SUPER fun time then who knows maybe we can go camping everyone and have even more FUN LOL
